A great way to help your body replenish itself, is to utilize your breathe.
Breathe 1-4-2.
Explode your energy level.
One excellent way to start this is to use the 1-4-2 method. This simply means that you breathe in for say seven seconds, then you hold that breathe for four times that (28 seconds). Then exhale for two times the inhale,which would be 14 seconds. Breathe 1-4-2 method. So you would have 7-28-14, that is the 1-4-2 method.
1. inhale for 7 seconds
2. hold for 28 seconds
3. exhale for 14 seconds
4. deep, deep breathe in again...
exhale slowly...
This method helps your blood system do what it is suposed to do. Cleanse the cells and then some. Plus it can raise your metabolism.
The best way to do this is to do it religiously, for 10-days. Ten times, three times a day, for ten days. Easier said than done. It takes some focus and determination. You can do it.
It typically takes about 20-30 seconds for blood to circulate once through the body. The circulatory system is made up of the heart, blood vessels, and blood, and its primary function is to transport oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to the cells in the body, and to remove waste products. The heart pumps the blood through the arteries, which carry the blood away from the heart to the rest of the body.
